This give list provides a range of not-for-profit organisations working to support people affected by the bushfire emergency in Summer 2026. The charities below are providing a wide range of emergency support including food, water, shelter, and trauma support for people in urgent need along with longer-term recovery initiatives.
While the entities listed below are all known to APS, we do not conduct a detailed analysis of their financial position and governance ahead of their inclusion in this list. All charities’ audited financials are available to view on the ACNC website.
Please note, this is not an exhaustive list of the not-for-profit organisations working in this space. As with all emergency appeals, should a donation be received and not be needed in the bushfire affected areas, the charity will apply it to similar situations and areas of need.
