Peter’s professional background spans more than 20 years of combined experience in professional services across accounting, investments, financial planning, and now philanthropy.

Prior to joining Australian Philanthropic Services, Peter worked as a financial planner for 14 years with a number of financial services licensees, including Findex, Morgans Financial and TelstraSuper Financial Planning. He assisted clients in building towards and achieving their retirement goals through the use of superannuation (including SMSFs), investment structures and insurance.

Since joining APS, Peter was a Giving & Governance Adviser for 3.5 years where he assisted clients with the operation of their PAFs, from ongoing administration, compliance oversight, and governance support. With the technical knowledge obtained, he now works with professional advisers to educate and facilitate integrating philanthropy and structured charitable giving into their client conversations, and on how APS can assist clients.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University, majoring in Finance and Financial Planning.
