Max is a philanthropy and non-profit professional with experience across fundraising, community engagement and program development in Australia and the United States. His career spans international development, the community sector and the arts, working closely with philanthropists, foundations, boards and community leaders to build meaningful partnerships and translate values into practical outcomes.

In New York, Max worked with an international organisation supporting young people in Rwanda, leading major gifts fundraising and working with stakeholders across the United States and internationally. His earlier experience in Australia includes working across the non-profit sector with community and international organisations, as well as leading national programs that brought together philanthropists, academics, international speakers and local leaders.

Max is passionate about helping people find a thoughtful and purposeful approach to their giving. He brings a practical, values-based approach to his work, with an interest in helping people create meaningful change and achieve an enduring impact.

Max holds Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Monash University and is admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
