Lucinda Keating is a fundraising and philanthropy professional with more than 17 years’ experience developing and growing Regular Giving, Planned Giving & Workplace Giving programs across Australia and New Zealand. 

Passionate about creating meaningful social impact, Lucinda brings together fundraising strategy, philanthropic expertise, data-driven insights, and strong relationship management to deliver sustainable growth and long-term donor engagement. 

Prior to her career in the not-for-profit sector, Lucinda worked in the experiential marketing industry, holding roles with several agencies across Sydney and London. 

Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Media & Communications from Southern Cross University, and a Diploma in Advertising & Marketing.
